Early life
Saim Rana was born on October 23, 2007, in Gujranwala, Pakistan. At the age of 13, he moved to Lahore, where he initially aspired to become a footballer. Raised in a modest environment, Saim faced challenges similar to many young entrepreneurs — family struggles, financial limitations, and limited access to traditional opportunities.
At 14, Saim began learning web development to support himself and explore online opportunities. Starting as a freelancer, he served clients while continuously sharpening his technical and business skills. During college, he gradually lost interest in formal studies, shifting his full focus towards entrepreneurship and online business. Through self-education and practical experience, Saim built his path into web development, digital business, and remote agency building.

Capitalizing on the agency’s success, Saim Rana launched SwordOfRuler, an advanced e-learning platform. Built as an extension of ProfessoLab, SwordOfRuler trains aspiring entrepreneurs in launching, managing, and scaling their own remote web development agencies. The platform provides practical frameworks, proven strategies, and step-by-step mentorship to help individuals create profitable online businesses without the need for a physical office or large team.

Since 2024, Saim Rana has also expanded into real estate investments in Lahore. Diversifying beyond his agency work, Saim strategically entered the property market to build long-term wealth and create stable income streams. At the end of 2024, 11 Members of ProfessoLab participated in a football tournament to raise funds aimed at improving education access in underserved communities of Pakistan.
Saim Rana united his entire team and organized three football charity matches across three cities in one week, all dedicated to supporting educational development. Additionally, every donation made to this fundraiser was personally matched by Saim, doubling the impact and helping more children gain access to quality education and resources.
